I'm a clinically based nurse scientist, professor of nursing, and implementation science expert. Throughout my career, I've worked alongside healthcare leaders and frontline clinicians to bridge the gap between evidence and practice.

Unlike many researchers, my work has been embedded within healthcare systems—leading evidence-based practice initiatives, conducting research, and helping organizations implement and sustain meaningful change in complex clinical environments.

I believe healthcare doesn't have a knowledge problem—it has an implementation problem. My work focuses on helping healthcare and academic leaders align evidence, leadership, and frontline realities to improve patient care, workforce well-being, and organizational outcomes.

When I'm not teaching, speaking, or consulting, you'll find me advocating for reproductive healthcare, mentoring clinicians, or translating research into practical solutions that work in the real world.
